Project Description

Designed in Adobe Illustrator, this poster is based on Geno, a character from Super Mario Bros RPG.

Christopher provided me with screen shots of the specific pose he wanted the character to have. Re-creating the pose from a low-res sprite was a little difficult but with the help of a 3-d model of the character as a reference, the details were easy to design.

The background was designed after some research on the character’s background story. This provided the basis to create a background that is significant to the character’s storyline in the game.
